Be warned that you cannot use your personal Social Health Authority (SHA) cover or any other cover to directly treat your friends, neighbors,or even accident straggling victims for the sake that you are registered,paying for the cover but rarely use it.
The cover allows your legal dependents such as registered spouse and biological or legally adopted children.
Once you do that and the victim's friend dies then automatically you will be declared dead,
your SHA covers a/c will be automatic closed and your will be removed from government system and final you will be living as a dead existing with no any government services that you can access.
