Two simple adjustments can help support better digestive function:
• Sit upright when eating – give your stomach space to expand
• Rest briefly on your left side after meals – this position may support natural gastric flow
Small mechanical changes can make a noticeable difference over time.

Eating after 8PM affects digestion more than most people realize.
At night:
• Melatonin rises
• Insulin sensitivity drops
