The Youth Advisory Champions for Health (YACH) are currently engaged in an intensive 4-day capacity building workshop at PrideInn Diani, diving deep into organizational sustainability and the implementation of the People’s Charter.
Empowering young leaders with the tools, structures, and policy insights needed to drive lasting, community-led change is essential for meaningful health advocacy. When youth are equipped with actionable governance frameworks, sustainable advocacy transforms from a vision into impact.
A big thank you to UNDP for sponsoring this vital step forward, skiQa Group for leading the facilitation, and our steadfast partners PEN Kenya for walking this journey of growth with us.

3 Counties. Countless Steps. One United Voice!
Highlights from an unforgettable World Cerebral Palsy Day Stride Walk! Youth Advisory Champions for Health and other organisations took to the ground, stepping up across county borders from Kilifi, through Mombasa, and finishing strong in Kwale County.
It was an empowering journey filled with energy, purpose, and community solidarity as we walked to break barriers, challenge stigma, and advocate for health equity and inclusion for individuals living with cerebral palsy. Every step taken along the coast was a declaration that every voice matters and every individual deserves an accessible, supportive world.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, cheered us on, and walked alongside us. We keep moving forward together!
