🔑 WHAT CAUSES BAD BREATH
- Not brushing or flossing properly: Food bits left in your mouth rot and smell.

- Dry mouth because saliva cleans your mouth, so less saliva = bad breath.
- Smoking makes your mouth dry and adds its own smell.

- Garlic, onions, coffee, and spicy foods release strong odors that stick to your mouth and even enter your blood.
