Empower your child with the gift of confidence, discipline, and movement! Kickboxing builds strength, coordination, focus, and confidence through movement, discipline, and consistent practice.

At The Wellness Refinery, our kids & teens kickboxing program is structured by age to support physical and mental development in a safe and respectful training environment.

🥊 Ages 5–10
Saturdays | 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Training focuses on developing movement skills, balance, coordination, discipline, and self-control.
Sessions blend guided drills, pad work, and playful elements that help children learn through movement while building confidence and focus.

🥊 Ages 11–17
Saturdays | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Training becomes more technical and progressive, using pad work, partner drills, and conditioning to develop strength, agility, resilience, focus, and healthy training habits.

👉 Join us for an open kickboxing session this Saturday.

👊 Coach: Ian Kiptoo (Champ Ian)
Certified World Kickboxing Federation Kenya trainer, active professional boxer, and youth development coach with 6+ years of experience.
