At the Kenya Health Summit, PSK member Dr. David Maina took the voice of pharmacists and local pharmaceutical manufacturers directly to H.E. the President.

He highlighted key barriers limiting local production, taxation and manufacturing costs, regulatory timelines, access to affordable financing, procurement competitiveness and delayed payments, while making an important case: local pharmaceutical manufacturing is not only an industrial agenda; it is a UHC and national health security priority.

This is the advocacy we are building at PSK: creating opportunities for our members' expertise and solutions to reach the tables where decisions are made.
