BIODANZA IN KENYA
Biodanza is a form of movement to music that talks to our body and allows emotions to dance their way out. It is done within a group setting and the Facilitator guides your though a variety of everyday movements like walking and breathing. The whole class is carried by a combination of dazzling worldwide music from Kenya to Brazil, Congo, Spain, India, the Middle East and more!!

Biodanza originated in South America, created by Chilean anthropologist Rolando Toro in the 1960s. Over the past 50 years, it has developed into a rich methodology designed to increase human health and connection. It is now in Kenya for the first time.
