On May 9th, 2026, we were proud to stand as a partner for Mr & Miss Diverse Nakuru 2026. We didn't just attend — we powered the event! This wasn't just a pageant — it was a movement. Fully organized by GULI CBO (Growing Up and Liking It). The first fully inclusive PWD event in Nakuru County. 22 contestants. 15 title holders crowned. 430 dignity items donated. And most importantly — a community saying: we are seen, heard, and celebrated.

Last week, Kivuli Wellness Kenya was honored to facilitate mental health training sessions for over 1,500 workers and management staff at Terrasol and LarriFlora farms in Kiambu County. Over five days, we held 11 sessions covering mental health, su***de prevention, drugs and substance use, and healthy coping mechanisms. The sessions were facilitated by our team — Dr. Bethuel Isoe (MHPSS) and Geoffrey Chege (Psychologist). Together, we continue breaking the silence and building resilience where people work and grow. 💚🌿

This week on Tuesday and Wednesday, Kivuli Wellness Kenya was honored to facilitate team-building sessions during the Nakuru County Department of Health’s mental health awareness programme for Community Health Assistants (CHAs) and Community Health Promoters (CHPs), in collaboration with Amref Health Africa. Through engaging activities focused on teamwork, communication, resilience, and wellness, we continue supporting the mental well-being of frontline healthcare workers serving our communities. 💙

We were honored to facilitate a team-building and mental wellness session for healthcare representatives from healthcare facilities across Gilgil Sub-County at the serene Lake Oil Elementaita Stopover.

The day was filled with engaging team-building activities, moments of reflection, and meaningful conversations around mental wellness. It was inspiring to see participants connect, recharge, and strengthen both personal and professional bonds.

Spaces like these remind us that when we take care of the wellbeing of our healthcare providers, we strengthen the entire system.

We had a powerful and eye-opening online webinar in collaboration with Mental Heroes, creating a safe space for honest conversations around men’s mental health.

The discussion highlighted the silent struggles many men face—stress, societal pressure, emotional suppression, and the need to “stay strong”—often at the expense of their wellbeing. Through shared experiences and expert insights, we emphasized that seeking support is not weakness, but strength.

At Kivuli Wellness Kenya, we are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and encouraging men to speak up, seek help, and support one another.

Healing begins when we open up. 🤝
