Youth is significant component for developing country including WASH sector.
រីករាយទិវាយុវជនអន្តរជាតិ ១២ សីហា ២០១៧ !
Pharith Phan គាត់អាចជាយុវជនម្នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមយុវជនដទៃទៀតដូចអ្នក និងយុវជនដទៃទៀតលើពិភពលោកដែរ។ តែអ្វីដែលពិសេសរបស់គាត់ គឺថាគាត់បានចូលរួមក្នុងការងារសង្គមជាច្រើនដែលអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាមិនបានដឹង ឬក៏ដឹងរួចមកហើយ។ គាត់បានចូលរួមក្នុងយុទ្ធនាការ ការចាប់ផ្តើមប្រកបដោយសុខុមាលភាព ក្នុងការលើកទឹកចិត្តអោយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកស្អាត និងមានអនាម័យ ហើយនេះជាអ្វីដែលគាត់ចង់ចែករំលែកជាមួយនាក់ទាំងអស់គ្នា។
