It's well past bed time and Mr 14 is still awake!
Cue Sleepyize and Tummygize from the KidScents range - my go-to every time!

Sleepyize - combines the naturally calming aromas of Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Tangerine, Bergamot, Sacred Frankincence, Valerian, and Rue to create a serene atmosphere to help the kiddlets to unwind.

When 1 child has a snotty nose and the other has growing pains in his legs!

I love that the boys come and ask what 'magic tricks' I have for their ailments and that they are so open to using a low-tox, usually chemical free alternative to store bought and over the counter common 'fixes'!

COOL AZUL is my go-to choice to help tired and sore muscles. We use this for aches and pains after a gym session, or for Mr14's sore legs. My mum used to use a natural alternative, which her mum used for her...so I guess it's a learned behaviour!

BREATHE AGAIN is a little pocket rocket roller which I roll over the boys' chest and back when they are blocked up, or have a runny nose, or when the seasonal pollens cause mayhem with their sinuses.
