My 5-Month Post-Op Journey: From Protruding Chest to Flat Results (Gynecomastia)
I wanted to share my recent experience with gynecomastia surgery. For years, ever since childhood, I struggled with a protruding chest. At 26, standing 177cm and weighing 88kg, it was something that caused me a lot of psychological stress and discomfort. I understand this is a common issue for many men, often stemming from glandular tissue and excess fat from earlier obesity.
I decided to pursue surgery and, after consultation, underwent a procedure that involved precise ultrasound diagnosis. Roughly 600cc of fat was removed from one side of my chest, and approximately 10g of glandular tissue was also excised.
It's now been 5 months since the surgery, and I'm genuinely pleased with the results – my chest is remarkably flat. I'm sharing this to show what's possible and to provide a real-world example of recovery and outcome.
