In this post are my recreational baby ballerinas, rhytmic and artistic gymnasts from club, my little ballerinas who are having ballet training as a part of their preparations for gymnastics competitions, most talented children in Kuwait.
It was a wonderful season from September till June, we had a plenty of excitement - a lot of laughter and sometimes crying 🥲, big hugs as well as some hard planks and abs 🤸🏻, loud instructions as well as goofing around together (ask them about the dried lips smile or unicorn carpet rolls 🦄🤡🤣) but also doing some serious ballet practice, icing the bruises (ballet is not easy), wiping the noses through a flu season while having the fever together, maaaaaaaaaany tendus, pliès, jumps, pirouettes, arabesques, there was a lot of energy and excitement flying around but the most important thing is that there was plenty of love from both ends. 🥰🥰🥰
Children love their teachers unconditionally, I felt that to the core and hopefully they felt that love reciprocated in multiple ways. 🥹♥️ As a teacher I am proud of each and every one of my ballerinas, can’t wait to see you again and hopefully everyone will practice their steps throughout the holidays break. 👀🩰

After a month of hardcore 3-4 times per week, watching my food and eating (almost) like a saint I am presenting you the results.
1,1kg of fat went DOWN which is a fantastic achievement and even better feeling! 🎉🎉🎉
Was it worth it- DEFINITELY!
Am I going to continue? YOU BET I WILL!

For all of you who asked when will I start to coach Lagree classes?
Hopefully soon enough and you can expect this to be a safe space where you will progress while having a lot of laughter. You will enjoy making those fierce bodies - you all remember my barre classes, right?🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

At the end of the day, here in we’re all just using the as a distraction from the horrors we’re living in on a day to day basis atm so I can’t wait to offer you a great activity that on top of being fun gives amazing results!

In the meantime, visit in Qibla for the best view while being killed by Lagree 😱🤣 and ofc. their Salmiya branch for some spicy workouts where you won’t even be able to notice if there’s view from the shakes. 😆😆😆🌶️🤸🏻

After a few days of fighting off some bug, I’m back to Lagree in . Today’s episode of “Let’s shake Mirela’s muscles” was directed by Coach . 🤸🏻✨ Thank you Coach for putting up with my whining. 🥲🙏🏼🥰

It turned out I was alone in the class and there was no faking it- pure method crashing on my body by merciless force. 🥲🫠 I have a new level of respect for my clients because now I know how it is when they’re alone with me. 🙏🏼🤣

Progress with my challenge:

🍗 Protein: around 150-180g per day (I want to 🤮 on the mention of chicken or tuna)
💪🏼 Lagree: still not getting easier, awful endurance, I guess I don’t have to worry about platoing anytime soon. 😅💪🏼🤸🏻
🚶🏻‍♀️Steps: doing great, an average of 7400 a day.
😴 Recovery: awful sleep schedule probably because of the stuffy nose, needs to improve. Cortisol is still running high. Thank you all the aggressors from the region. 🤬
💦 Hydration: could be better, got some hydration salts to boost it 💧

It’s still the first week so I’m trying not to get too excited, but I’m looking a bit more toned and hopefully soon I’ll be more jacked and showing some more muscle tone. 💪🏼💃🏻

As my first act since becoming the Lagree coach I’ve decided to prove the point to those who don’t believe in the method. It’s best to practice what you preach so I decided to be a role model for the future participants of my Lagree classes.
