High Protein Crepe 🤍

Ingredients:
• 3 egg whites
• 1 tbsp oat flour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp sweetener (I used erythritol)

Instructions:

1. Lightly beat the egg whites for ~20 seconds (until slightly frothy)
2. Add the oat flour, vanilla, and sweetener
3. Mix well until smooth
4. Pour into a non-stick pan over low medium heat
5. Cook, flip, and cook the other side

Enjoy 🥞✨
~100 calories | 12g protein
