As part of Time Line Therapy®️ Master Practitioner class, we learn how to reconnect with a loved one who crossed over so that we can use their resources and strategies .. the ones that we used to admire in them.
When I was teaching this class today, 2 days the memorial of those who crossed over .. I realized that I had a lot of unsaid words stuck in my heart and throat.
I already did the forgiveness part .. so there is no unfinished business . .yet .. there is so much unexpressed love .. back from the days where i was "emotionally constipated".

I am blessed to be surrounded by amazing graduates who will help me in this process .. so that I can release all what was stuck ...
The more I give .. the more I get.

Since 2019, the whole country is on fight/flight/freeze mode.
Revolution, zero electricity, zero water, local currency devaluation 2700% ..
Who would ever consider launching any business in such circumstances?!!
Am I crazy?
No.
Because it is not a business .. it is a whole hearted Mission.

Dear Dad,
October 28, 1998, you crossed over .. and I thought it was over .. grief was my middle name .. until I learned Past Life Regression in 2019 and got into Spiritual work .. denial, anger, sadness .. shifted into Gratitude .. for every moment .. every lesson .. and most importantly .. for you ... being the biggest part of my life story.

Amazingly enough, 2 days ago I had a Past Life Regression class with Katt Lowe where I was able to feel your presence .. deeply .. to the core of my soul.

Now I know that it is never over .. It is "until we meet again".
You are with me .. in my genes, in my blue print .. in the core of my soul.

Our relationship was always weird .. because - like you - I have so much love and not so much ways of expressing it.

Your message for me was: "Accept to receive back the love you give .. just surrender to the process."

I am awake at 2 am = I have nothing to do.
I am online = I am ready for sexting with you.
I have a different haircut = i have a specific sexual orientation.
No = Ask me one more time

Reality is:
No is a complete sentence.
Some people work at night to grow and evolve.
No matter what your mom told you, you are not everybody's Prince Charming.
If I do not brag about my partner on social media, it does not mean I do not have one.

This reminds me of Richard Bandler's book .. "Using your brain for a change"
Your brain is your super power.

Dependence .. independence . or interdependence?

Words are only 7% of the communication.
The rest is tonality and body language.
It is amazing how one word can say so many things in so many different ways ..
When I wear my coaching hat, I am not allowed to judge .. and I fully respect the code of ethics.
Yet, in my personal life, I learned to master my tonality .. as for my eye rolling .. it is still a work in progress.😮
Baby steps .. one fu** at a time 🤣
