It reflects the inner work and commitment required for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Shrama is about purposeful effort—be it physical, mental, or spiritual—to move closer to one’s truth and potential. "Alaya" (आलय) meaning home or sanctuary, signifies a sacred space where one can rest, reflect, and transform. The name reflects our mission to provide a haven where individuals can discover their authentic selves, grow through meaningful experiences, and connect deeply with others. Our serene surroundings offer the perfect setting for this journey, enriched by the powerful presence of all elements, fostering tranquility and renewal.
