The Learning & Development Team of Group Human Resources recently conducted the 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 Induction Programme for 24 newly joined employees representing the Automotive, Logistics, Financial Services (Assetline) and Leisure clusters.
The programme provided valuable insights into the 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽’s culture, values, policies and workplace practices, helping new team members integrate seamlessly into their roles and contribute effectively from day one.
