The Sri Lankan Association of Geriatric Medicine held its 13th Annual General Meeting for the year 2026/27 on the 14th August 2026 at the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, Colombo. Prof Shehan Silva was elected as president. Drs Namal Weerakoon and Shamilka de Silva were appointed Secretaries while Dr Sachith Wijesiriwardena was designated as Treasurer.
