Perfect Squat Form: නිවැරදි ආකාරය ඉගෙන ගමු.

Squats කියන්නේ King of all exercises. ඒත්, නිවැරදි ආකාරය (correct form) නැත්නම්, ඔබේ (your) Knees වලට Damage වෙන්න පුළුවන්. අද (today) අපි Perfect Squat Form එක ඉගෙන ගමු (let’s learn).

Key Tips for a Perfect Squat:

1. Feet Position: ඔබේ (your) Feet Shoulder-width apart තියන්න. Toes ටිකක් පිටතට හරවන්න.
2. Keep Your Chest Up: ඇඟ කෙලින් තියාගන්න (keep your body straight). පපුව (chest) Up කරලා තියාගන්න.
3. Hips Back: ඉඳගන්නවා වගේ (like sitting down) Hips ටික පිටුපසට තල්ලු කරන්න. දණහිස් (knees) Toes වලින් එළියට යන්න දෙන්න එපා.
4. Depth: ඔබේ (your) Thighs Floor එකට Parallel වෙනකම් පහළට යන්න.
5. Breathing: පහළට යනකොට Inhale කරන්න, උඩට එනකොට Exhale කරන්න.

Remember: නිවැරදි Form එක වැදගත් (important) වෙන්නේ (is) Weight එකට වඩා. ඔබේ (your) Form එක ගැන Comment එකක් දාන්න!

Home Workout Challenge: ගෙදර ඉඳන් ව්‍යායාම කරමු!

Gym යන්න වෙලාවක් නැද්ද? No problem! ගෙදර ඉඳන් ව්‍යායාම කරන්න පුළුවන් නේද?

අපේ Fitness Typhoon Home Workout Challenge එකට join වෙන්න! ඔබට කිසිම Equipment එකක් අවශ්‍ය නෑ. All you need is 20 minutes and your own body weight. මේක ඔබේ Fitness Journey එක පටන් ගන්න හොඳම වෙලාව.

Try this simple 20-Minute Circuit:

1. Squats (15 reps)
2. Push-ups (10 reps)
3. Plank (30 seconds)
4. Lunges (10 reps each leg)
5. Jumping Jacks (45 seconds)

මේක තුන් වතාවක් කරන්න (Do this three times) and feel the burn! ව්‍යායාමෙන් පස්සේ වතුර බොන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා.
