තනිවුන පැටවා Mother abandoned… but hope is not lost 🐒💔✨
Punch-kun” කියන්නේ ජපාන මකාක් වර්ගයේ පුංචි වඳුරෙකු. ඔහු 2025 ජූලි 26 දින ජපානයේ චිබා ප්රාන්තයේ සත්ව උද්යානයක උපත ලැබුවා. 2026 ආරම්භයේදී ලෝකයම ඔහු ගැන කතා කළේ, ඔහුගේ හදවත කැඩෙන තරම් සංවේදී කතාවක් හේතුවෙන්.
උණුසුම් ග්රීෂ්ම කාලයක උපන් Punchගේ මව, පළමු දරු උපතෙන් බොහෝ දුර්වලව සිටි නිසා, ඔහුව රැකගන්න බැරි වුණා. උපතෙන් ටික වෙලාවකින්ම ඔහු මව විසින් ප්රතික්ෂේප කළා. වනයේ මෙවැනි දෙයක් වෙලා තිබුණා නම්, ඒක සාමාන්යයෙන් ජීවිතයට අනතුරුදායක තත්ත්වයක්.
එකට සත්ව උද්යානයේ රැකවල්කරුවන් Punchව අතහැරියේ නැහැ. ඔවුන් තමන්ම ඔහුව පෝෂණය කරමින්, අතින් හදාගෙන, ආරක්ෂිතව වැඩිහිටියාවට ගෙනියන්න කටයුතු කළා. මවගේ උණුසුම නැතිවුණ හිඟය පිරවීමට, ඔහුට බ්ලැන්කට් සහ මෘදු බොම්මන් දුන්නා.
එතැනදී Punchට විශේෂම බැඳීමක් ඇති වුණේ ඔරංඔටන් හැඩයේ මෘදු බొම්මක් සමඟ. රැකවල්කරුවන් එයට “Olan Mama” කියලා නමත් දාගෙන තිබුණා. Punch එය හැම වෙලාවකම අල්ලගෙන ඉන්නවා — නිදාගන්නකොට, කෑම කනකොට, අලුත් තැන් බලන්න යනකොටත්. ඒ බොම්ම ඔහුට අම්මා වගේ ආරක්ෂාවක් දුන්නා.
2026 ජනවාරි මැදට ආවම, ඔහුව වෙනත් මකාක් වඳුරන් අතරට හඳුන්වා දීමට උත්සාහ කළා. ඒක ඔහුට ලේසි වෙලා නැහැ. අලුත් කණ්ඩායමට හුරු වෙන්න බය හිතුණා, කවදාවත් නොදැනි ලෝකයක් වගේ. එවැනි වෙලාවල ඔහු නැවතත් තම “Olan Mama” බොම්ම අල්ලගෙන සැනසීමක් හොයනවා.
Punch-kunගේ මේ කතාව, සතුන්ටත් ආදරය, ආරක්ෂාව, සහ බැඳීම කොච්චර වැදගත්ද කියලා අපට මතක් කරවන, හරිම හෘදයාංගම කතාවක්. ❤️
Punch-kun” is a baby Japanese macaque. He was born on July 26, 2025, at a zoo in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. In early 2026, the whole world began talking about him because of his deeply touching and emotional story.
Born during the hot summer season, Punch’s mother was very weak after giving birth for the first time and was unable to care for him. Shortly after his birth, she rejected him. In the wild, this kind of situation would usually be life-threatening.
However, the zoo caretakers did not abandon Punch. They hand-raised him, feeding and caring for him with great dedication to ensure he could grow up safely. To comfort him in the absence of his mother’s warmth, they gave him blankets and soft toys.
Among them, Punch formed a very special bond with a soft orangutan-shaped toy. The caretakers even gave it a name — “Olan Mama.” Punch holds it all the time — when he sleeps, when he eats, and even when he explores new places. The toy gives him a sense of security, just like a mother would.
By mid-January 2026, efforts were made to introduce him to other macaques. It wasn’t easy for him. He felt scared and uncertain, as if entering a completely unfamiliar world. During those moments, he would hold tightly onto his “Olan Mama” toy for comfort.
Punch-kun’s story is a heartwarming reminder that animals, too, need love, protection, and emotional connection. ❤️
