සෙලෙනයිට් (Selenite) යනු මෘදු, සුදු පාට සහ ආලෝකය හරහා යන පෙනුමක් ඇති ස්ඵටිකයකි. මෙය gypsum (ජිප්සම්) කියන ඛනිජ වර්ගයට අයත් වන අතර, එය මෘදු ආලෝකයක් ඇතුළේ රැදී ඇති ආකාරයේ දෘශ්‍යමය හැඟීමක් දෙයි.

If you live your life honestly, Your silence will bring you solutions in many problematic situations.. will make you contempt.. will fill you in freedom....
merge with silence..

ඔබ පීඩවෙන් ද? කනස්සල්ලෙන් ද? පිලිතුරු සොයාගත නොහැකි ගැටලුවක්ද?
එවන් අවස්ථාවක මුලින්ම ඔබ දෙසම බලා සිටින්න...ඔබේ ඇතුලාන්තයට හැරී බලන්න..ඔබේ සිතුවිලි දෙස අවධානය යොමු කරන්න...
එයයි පලමු පියවර
එයයි පිරිසිදුම භාවනාව...

Why does greed arise? The teacher asked a question.
Various answers emerged from the group..in which they came to an understanding of their levels of awareness.
The answer was "ignorance"

තණ්හාව ඇතිවන්නේ ඇයි? ගුරුතුමා ප්‍රශ්නයක් ඇහුවා.
සමූහයාගෙන් විවිධ අදහස් මතුවිය..එක් එක් අදහස තුළ ඒ පිළිබඳ තම තමන්ගේ දැනුවත්භාවය මතුවිය.
පිළිතුර වූයේ "නොදැනුවත්කම" යන්නයි.
