🌍💚 Health Awareness Spotlight 💚🌍
Iola Global Health & Awareness Group - IGHAG is raising awareness on Hepatitis B, Monkeypox, and HIV/AIDS—three important public health issues that affect individuals, families, and communities worldwide.
📌 Hepatitis B
Hepatitis B is a serious liver infection caused by a virus. It can be prevented through vaccination, safe medical practices, and awareness of how it spreads through blood and body fluids.
Early testing and treatment save lives.
📌 Monkeypox
Monkeypox is a viral disease that spreads through close contact with an infected person or contaminated materials.
Practicing good hygiene, avoiding close contact with infected individuals, and seeking medical care when symptoms appear help reduce its spread.
📌 HIV/AIDS
HIV affects the immune system, but with early testing, proper treatment, and support, people living with HIV can live long and healthy lives. Prevention includes safe practices, regular testing, and ending stigma through education.
