This morning I went running for a first time in months...

It is with a little bit of fear that I am starting again as I got injured in my 3 last attempts. But it feels so good to be outside and active... And am hoping to get that runner's high back soon!

This time I promised myself to start slow, really slow. So I did.

Yesterday I was asked why I used the Galvanic spa... 🤔

My morning skincare routine took me 15 min, incl taking pictures! 😊👌💕

1. Lumispa face cleansing ~ I cannot live without it anymore... Last week I fell asleep next to Victor when putting him into bed, woke up around 10pm and didn't want to do my evening routine... What a bad decision that was. I woke up during the night not having this fresh feeling I normally feel. Took me a while to fall asleep again. Never again!
2. Nutricentials pH balance toner ~ with botanical extracts... Grown in their own plant house (environmental friendly for lots of reasons, I can tell you a lot more about it if interested 😅) I am one of the lucky ones who can already try it out. Will only be on the market Jan 2021.
3. Lumispa accent & idealeyes ~ with a toddler at home still waking up during the night, I need this to hide my dark circles and undereye bags 💕 You really feel it doing his job!
4. Nutricentials celltrex always right ~ a facial nourishing serum, also with botanical extracts and available from Jan 2021. What is particular about this serum is that it is bioadaptive and that it adapts to what your skin exactly needs! 👌
5. Nutricentials Day Dream Protective Lotion ~ a lightweight day moisturiser, incl sun protection (SPF 30) and protection against blue light!!! Which is really needed being a whole day behind a pc screen! It is also bioadaptive to your skin needs, with botanical extracts and available from Jan 2021.

My skin is now ready to embrace the day! 😍 I will need another coffee though 🙈🤗

I was not a fan of lipstick 💄 until I found out about POWERlips

The reasons:
- I have to apply it only once
- It doesn't leave traces
- 18 different colours!!! Basically one for every mood or occasion
- lips are super soft and smooth because of the vitamin E and avocado oil
