Today is the last day of this year.

I had the blessing of seeing the last sundown of the year soaking my feet in the sea 🌊.
I asked the waves to refresh my feet so they can walk this earth with renewed energy and strength 💕🙌🏻
I took some minutes too, to just embrace all this magical energy and send light to our beautiful world.

It has been a beautiful experience.

I wish you all a beautiful last day of the year and a fully blessed 2023 🙏🏻🌌✨️🎉

🍁During last weekend I had the opportunity of attending to this amazing training course: "massage des 5 continents".

I have to say it has been a very insightful time; learning about this technique and all its benefits and also, realising how much healing is in touching others with love and to let others touch us with love ❤️

✨️This experience has also been a reminder of how important is to have a moment to treat myself with love, to not just wash my hands (for example) but to give them some seconds of my attention and touch them with gratitude for all that they do for me during the day, all days.

🧡🙏🏻 I am more than thankful for what I've received and I cannot be more happy of sharing what I learned with you.

This is an invitation to return to the warmth of our first home: ourselves.

🧡This warming love can also be shared with others of course. It manifests Itself through the way you express your true self to the outside world, me for example, I tend to bake or cook for my beloved ones.

I have always thought about cooking as another form of alchemy; there is something magic in the process ✨️
