📢 We are proud to announce that Dr Joao Paulo Caneiro has been appointed Adjunct Associate Professor at Curtin University.

This appointment recognises 👨‍🦲 A. Prof. Caneiro’s expertise and contribution to musculoskeletal pain research, education and clinical practice. With more than 60 📄 research publications contributing to the field, his work has helped advance understanding of person-centred approaches to 🦴 💪 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ musculoskeletal pain and Cognitive Functional Therapy. JP continues to practice clinically working with people with persistent musculoskeletal pain.

At ♾️ Evထlve Pain Care Academy, we are proud to have JP leading our team, contributing to the development of clinicians and the advancement of evidence-based, person-centred approaches to pain care across the globe.

A first for Australia 🇦🇺.
Evထlve Pain Care Academy has teamed up with Australian Physiotherapy Association to bring ♾️ CFT Tier 1 – KNOWLEDGE | Adelaide - our first-ever CFT course in Australia, since launching in 2025.

It's a 3 day hybrid (online + in-person) course taught by co-director of Evoolve and Certified CFT Trainer - 👨‍🦲 Dr Joao Paulo Caneiro - one of the most experienced CFT educators in the world, and the clinician trainer behind the RESTORE CFT trial (published in ).

If you're a physio wanting to build real Cognitive Functional Therapy knowledge and clinical reasoning skills, from someone who helped prove it works - this is the course for you.
