အဓိကတာဝန်များ
- Project များအတွက် BOQ၊ Quantity Take-off၊ Cost Estimate နှင့် Procurement Process များကို ပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Project Cost၊ Budget နှင့် Variation များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ရာတွင် ပံ့ပိုးဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Subcontractor Claim၊ Valuation နှင့် Payment Certificate များကို စစ်ဆေးရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Project များအတွက် Quantity Take-off နှင့် Cost Analysis ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
- Contract Administration နှင့် Project Documentation များကို စီမံရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Project Team၊ BD Team၊ Consultant နှင့် Subcontractor များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Project Cost Report များ ပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရန်။

လိုအပ်ချက်များ
- Civil Engineering ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- QS အတွေ့အကြုံ (1-3) နှစ် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- BOQ၊ Quantity Take-off၊ Cost Control နှင့် Contract Administration အခြေခံဗဟုသုတရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Office နှင့် AutoCAD အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ QS Software အသုံးပြုဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ Multi Tasking skills ကောင်းမွန်ကာ Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။

HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded **Senior HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits)** to manage payroll operations and support compensation and benefits administration. The ideal candidate has solid payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of Myanmar Labour Law to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for 800+ employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee compensation data, and HRIS information.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave, and final settlements.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Myanmar Labour Law, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll payments and statutory contributions.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and attendance.
- Administer employee benefits and support compensation-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.
- Assist in payroll audits and prepare required documentation.
- Support HR projects and perform other HR duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience handling payroll for 800+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and payroll regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll software is an advantage.
