🔎 Jr. Pharamicist Aide Responsibilities
· Record room temperature, refrigerated temperature and clean pharmacy counter daily.
· Request urgent medicines to MOM with ROQ, ROL excel and if approved, send request form to pharmacy order group via viber.
· Request also doctors requested medicines with Dr Request form and ROQ, ROL excel to main procurement via viber.
· Receive the medicines delivered from store by checking date, location, brand name, quantities.
· Sell the medicines to walk-in customers and arrange online orders (eg, to arrange delivery and packaging).
· Read the prescriptions from E.H.R and bill the vouchers in Galaxy software if the patient arrived.
· Dispense the prescribed medicines to the patients with 5 Right rules. (Right patient, Right medicines, Right dose, Right route and Right time).
· Take ground stocks and report stock differences to MPLO monthly.
· List and report nearly expiry medicines within 6 months to MPLO monthly.
· Check the daily sale stocks with Software Vouchers and ground stocks.
· Keep the sale vouchers and pay the total cash money to Admin Executive daily.
· Record vital sign and assist to doctors.
· Prepare and pack the online ordered medicines.
· Check blood test (Anti HCV and Anti HBs) with test kit.
· Daily Cleaning to Pharmacy with Schedule
· Daily Reporting about Pharmacy
Requirements
· At least 10th Standard, Bachelor degree is preferred
· Certificate in Nurse Aid or having experience in nursing care
· Previous 1year experience in the relevant sector(prefer)
· Experience in working at a general clinic or medicine stock management
· Experience in supporting and developing a team, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
· Capacity to work independently and efficiently with flexibility.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to speak in public, good writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
🔎 Sales & Marketing Assistant Responsibilities
• Build relationships with clinics, hospitals, and partners
• Organize outreach events and promotions
• Monitor sales targets and report progress
• Coordinate with suppliers for marketing materials
Requirements
• Graduate (preferred) or High School
• Healthcare sales/marketing experience preferred
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency
🔎Medical Store & Online Sales Responsibilities
• Receive and check incoming medical supplies
• Organize and manage stock efficiently
• Prepare, pack, and issue items based on requests
• Handle urgent medicine purchases and online orders
• Assist in inventory checks, audits, and expiry monitoring
• Coordinate deliveries with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the medical store
✅ Job Requirements
• High school graduate (minimum)
• Diploma in Pharmacy / Supply Chain (preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in storekeeping or warehouse (medical store preferred)
• Basic knowledge of medicines and inventory systems (FEFO/FIFO)
• Computer skills (Excel, stock system)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
