REKS General Services is looking for an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our growing team.
The selected candidate will support HR administration, work permit applications, single permit renewals, Jobsplus and Identità -related processes, job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and general HR documentation.
✅ Previous experience in HR administration, work permits, or a similar role is required
✅ HR certification or relevant qualification will be considered an asset
✅ Knowledge of Jobsplus and Identità processes is preferred
✅ Good Microsoft Office skills
✅ Strong communication skills in English and ideally Maltese
