I’m just here trying to have a good day with you! little did I know that I was doing so much more ✨

When you’re coming to do a tattoo, especially one that is very visually changing to your appearance, I make you my only priority that fullday!
You choose me and my art to make something bold and striking on yourself?! wow.
I take that very seriously 🙏(sometimes too seriously but let’s not get into that lol)

Piece by piece we all come together, open heart, hips and soul! We allow the sun to shine and we fall into our very own little whimsical Paradise… letting all the island eyes watch over us as we dance till the sun goes down and the music take us away 🌅

The vibe this event has brought to Malta is one of a kind! So I it deserves a one of a kind work of art ✨
May the vibes get higher, sun shine brighter and music get louder with every birds of paradise event 🥳

I’ve had this canvas sketched with a sun on it for an over a year … but something was missing…
And all it needed was a little bit of whimsical PARADISE ✨

I am so excited to be coming back to my home away from home! I think of Belgium as the place I go to ground myself and Malta is the place. I be to expand myself!

Coming back to Belgium every couple of months and meeting people who know the upgraded side of me heals my heart and I’m very excited to make you a part of that as well !

Here is why getting HANDPOKE tattoos in the summer time isn’t as big deal as much as a machine tattoo…

1. NO STRESS HEALING
Hand poke, tattoos heal exceptionally quick! The next day you will not wake up, feeling sore & bruised where you just got tattooed because it’s a more delicate intricate, and mindful method when putting the ink in your body✨

2. LESS PAINFUL TATTOOING PROCESS
I’m NOT saying no pain! I’m saying far LESS pain than the machine tattoo method.
I’m not using artificial speed with man made machinery, im using hand held tools hand wrapped in frount of you and going at a pace where the skin is easier to receive the art work being done

3. NO SCABBING AT ALL!
Since there is no force during the whole process you are healing WHILE I’m tattooing you! i find it amazing really ♥️ most of the time,if we have a long session the part I started hours prior has already calmed down exceptionally well! (Although when doing a full black out piece some parts tend to take longer but STILL no scabbing)

4. THE SEA HELPS HEAL 😱

I know SO CRAZY RIGHT!
After you do your handpoke tattoo i recommend just 3 days Avoiding the sea (because unfortunately the sea isn’t as clean as it used to be anymore… in the past , I’d say the next day would be fine)
The salt is actually very healing for the skin (especially if you are an island soul, like me 🏖️) the sea water won’t affect your healing and will actually help with the “itchy phase” of your tattoo AND improve your blood flow with swimming which helps you over all ♥️

ALTHOUGH the sun is STILL an issue! Direct sun is never good for the Ink at any point of Your tattoo. To ensure your design stays sharp i recommend the swimming times MUST be after 5:30pm 🙏

5. DO ALL THE WORK SO YOU DONT HAVE TO!

Since handpoke is so light in the skin, 85% of the work is done AT the shop! All you gotta remember is to avoid the sun and put some aftercare on it on a daily basis!

6. BE PART OF HISTORY!

The Handpoke method was made far before the tattoo machine was invented!

Personally, after doing my craft for almost a decade I’ve gotten a lot more thorough in my technique and my timing is rather similar to machine work.

Client review from a big project ✨

Katrina start the appointment, not knowing what she signed herself up for … and it all ended with laughs, jokes, tears (of joy!!!… and pain sometimes too 🥹) but what I can guarantee is, we started the appointment one way and we ended it better than both of us expected because when you just let the art flow session by session… you get the true essence of the creation that is becoming with you x
