The Dark Side of Motherhood Post Natal Depression Having a baby is considered as the happiest time of a woman's life, a time of pride, a time to cherish.

But, for some, it can be a time of uncertainty, a time of confusion, perhaps even depression. Post Natal Depression affects 10 - 14% of women after giving birth. It can happen to anyone, from all walks of life. Being aware of this condition is the first step in early recognition of symptoms, and taking action to avoid much unhappiness and pain. idence, and to restore normality and fulfillment. On the occasion of Mother's Day, BLAND Group is organising an evening seminar on Post Natal Depression "The Dark Side of Motherhood" on Friday 11th May, at Le Meridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa, from 4.30 pm - 9pm. The focus will be on Self-Help and Empowerment. Sessions include: a Mother's experience, Family Therapy, Aromatherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique.
