Slimming UK Slimming UK has been established in Malta for the past 30 years and boasts a large number of members

Classes are held on a weekly basis on Tuesdays in St.Julian's and Thursdays in Gozo. Talks are given at each class as also everybody is weighed weekly to see how much loss there is from one week to the next. Recipes are given on a weekly basis and the lessons are made more interesting as the consultant speaks about healthy eating and also lifestyle subjects.

2.6 kg in two weeks, totalling to a fantastic 9.6 kg in 5 weeks by just eating substantial healthy meals and dumping the junk foods! No starvation, no going without, enjoying the odd treat without feeling guilty.
