✨ ..This Diwali - Channel Positive Energy towards You and Your home.. ✨

In a month’s time, Diwali will be celebrated here in Mauritius and around the World..

As usual, we, Mauritians, here and abroad, will start Diwali cleaning anytime soon - home cleaning, yard cleaning - ‘Gran Nettoyaz’ as we say..

We, at Believe and Feel, term it as ‘Physical cleaning’..

We should not ignore the energy aspect of things - in this case, the ‘Energy Cleansing’.. Together with the Physical cleaning, we should also be doing the Energy cleaning..

At B&F, we provide Energy Cleansing services, using mainly Japanese techniques..

A Mother..

A Mother is a reflection of unconditional love and support..

A Mother is someone who nurtures you, who guides you, who uplifts you, who teaches you, who bridges gaps, who understands, who is patient with you..

A Mother can be anyone.. A friend can be a Mother to you.. A neighbour, An aunty, a co-worker, a teacher, can be a Mother to you..

✨ Happy Mothers’ Day to you all, Mothers ✨

✨ Time off ✨

Time off is very important.. In the midst of everyday responsibilities and chaos, we forget to take some time off..

Once in a while, take some time off.. Take some time for yourself..

Time off doesn’t mean mobile browsing, sitting in front of the tv, planning the future….

Be it 10mins, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month..

Make it a must! Once in a while, make the time for you - Breathe, Relax and Recharge..
.The outcome will be a refreshed You with more positive energy..
