J'ai voulu trouver la bonne introduction pour lancer cette page mais il n'y a jamais de bonne introduction.
Si ce n'est que pour dire que certaines choses sont plus exigeantes que d'autres...En matière de temps, d'energie et d'attention. Elles requièrent aussi du courage ainsi qu'une bonne dose d'audace.

Ma soeur et moi avons travaillé sur le concept ATTITUDE SPORT & SANTE pendant 2 ans mais l'avons toujours laissé au 'garage'. Ici nous vous partagerons nos astuces sport, paresse et bouffe!
