Fam 🤎 After almost seven beautiful years, the time has come for a new upgrades.

What began as Cacao Mama Mauritius has grown far beyond what I could have imagined. Over the years, this space has become more than cacao ceremonies as it was at the begging. It has become a place for deep connection, transformation, learning, building community that became family, beauty of living in presence and trust, remembering and embodying what truly matters.

While cacao remains at the heart of my journey, the vision has widely expanded. The work has deepened. And so has my own path.

Today, I am honored to introduce the new name of this evolving mission:

CRIOLLA 🤎

Inspired by the rare and precious heritage of cacao, CRIOLLA embodies earth and heart, ritual and presence, roots and growth. It reflects a living connection to nature, community, family and the wisdom that emerges when we slow down enough to listen our truth.

This is not a goodbye.
It is an evolution.

The same heart.
A deeper expression.

𓆸 Blue Lotus Ceremony — A Space of Subtle Awakening

𓋹 Nymphaea caerulea is a sacred flower revered in Ancient Egypt as a symbol of rebirth, light, and expanded consciousness. It was depicted in temple art and ritual scenes as a bridge between the earthly and the divine realms.

The blue lotus opens with the first rays of the sun and closes at sunset — reminding us of life’s cycles and inner renewal.

✨ The Essence of the Ceremony

A Blue Lotus ceremony is a practice of gentle slowing down and turning inward.

It is a space where:
• the mind becomes calm
• the body relaxes
• sensitivity deepens
• intuitive perception awakens
• a state of clear, peaceful presence emerges

Why cacao?
Not as a trend.

Ceremonial cacao works gently, intelligently, and deeply.
It doesn’t push the nervous system — it invites it to soften.

Unlike caffeine, cacao carries theobromine — a heart-opening stimulant that brings steady energy, mental clarity, and presence without the crash.
You feel awake, but also grounded. Focused, yet relaxed.

Cacao also contains anandamide, known as the “bliss molecule.”
This is why after a cup of cacao, you don’t just think differently —
you feel safer inside your body.
Anxiety softens. Joy becomes accessible again.

Then there’s phenylethylamine — the “love molecule.”
It supports dopamine release, enhancing mood, creativity, and that subtle sense of being connected… to yourself, to others, to life.

We invite everyone to join our open group signature cacao tour.

You will taste tea made from cacao husks, see cacao trees, their flowers and fruits with your own eyes, and if your visit coincides with the harvest season, you’ll even get to taste fresh cacao fruit! 🍫

During the experience, we will walk around our eco-farm, get acquainted with vanilla, a variety of citrus and fruit trees, spices, herbs, and even endemic plant species.
We will visit our mini essential oil distillation, taste seasonal fruits, and touch the magic of local essential oils 🍋

The atmosphere is enriched by domestic animals and birds freely roaming around the farm.

After returning from the eco-walk to the cozy chalet terrace, I will prepare our authentic hot chocolate as a drink, and together we will dive into the subtle world of bean-to-bar cacao tasting.

This program is suitable for all ages and for people with any interests.
