What does healing mean to you?

Becoming a completely different person,
becoming more confident, more productive, more social, more positive, more successful, more attractive?

Some of the most profound healing I’ve experienced had nothing to do with becoming more.

And was actually when I finally felt safe enough to stop striving, proving, earning and performing.

When I finally felt safe enough to rest without guilt, stop pushing through when I was chronically overwhelmed and exhausted, and when I stopped chasing men who were unavailable and unsafe, and not out of shame or guilt, but because my nervous system finally felt safe enough to choose better.

It was when I stopped pretending everything was fine, stopped fearing taking up space, and when I stopped abandoning myself just to feel loved, included or chosen.

And that's the kind of work I care the most about now, and what i'm leading others into.

Not surface level self-development, not masking pain with spirituality, not sitting in a circle pretending everything is light and love while your nervous system is completely fried.

Real safety, real connection, real regulation, real conversations, real transformation.

That’s what I lead others to, in 1-1s and group immersions, in person and online.

No matter where you are, who you are, where you're from, even if you live in Paradise, even if life seems great on the surface, maybe you're actually exhausted from carrying things silently and alone for far too long.

And if that's you, i'm here to be a space for you to talk to some one who truly understands, and show you how to let go of it all, whenever you're ready.

If you feel like punching people or objects when something triggers you, it's not because you have anger issues, it's because your nervous system is dysregulated.

I made this video before I learned how to regulate my emotions, and now I know how to regulate my self, I no longer need to find the nearest punching bag to beat up so instead of punching walls or other people.

What I share in this video is still valuable, and there is nothing bad or wrong about feeling or being angry, and I still think it's necessary to use anything that helps to release anger that isn't harmful to yourself or others.

But what i've learned since then and now teach others, is a much simpler and easier method that can be used anywhere without alarming others and raising concerns.

It's not one size fits all, but it's worked for me and so many others, and i'm here to share what i've learned with those who are open to try it.

If you are usually a giver but find you don't receive things in the same manner you are more in your masculine energy, if you are more of a receiver then you are more in your feminine energy. And if you're more one sided then there is something you need to address so you can heal and learn to give and receive in a healthy way.

Part of the healing process is becoming conscious of this, showing up for and loving yourself the way you desire to be and being open and honest about your needs and desires. People can only meet you where you have met yourself. Your relationships will only ever mirror the way you feel about and treat yourself and that's why most relationships go sour after the 'honey moon' stage.

When you heal, unlearn the old patterns, implement new ways of being, learn true unconditional love and acceptance, all of your relationships will reflect this and you will no longer be giving more than you receive or vice versa and the 'honey moon' stage in your relationships will last!
