We can ask each other questions, or help to push each other to work on ourselves. I’m sure most of use that have had diabetes for a while have had burn outs. I know I have had many. Diabetes comes with a lot of things. Struggles, depression, anxiety, and many other things. Since COVID hit I know a lot of people have been struggling with mental health, and I know for myself it has be one. I hope everyone that does join, is respectful and kind to others. No hate speech or down grading for others choices!
