You wake in a suite overlooking the ocean, sunlight streaming through sheer curtains. Outside your window, the ocean is impossibly turquoise. Gorgeous enough to make you believe in magic again.

You slip on something comfortable and walk barefoot down a jungle path toward our yoga platform. The air smells like salt and jungle mist. You can already hear women’s laughter mixing with birdsong and waves.

As you arrive, a circle is forming. Not strangers, even though you just met yesterday. Something about this place, these women... it already feels like home.

Someone hands you drink. Another woman smiles like she knows you. And suddenly, you remember: this is what it feels like to be held.

You, beautiful soul, are in Mexico... but more importantly, you are finally returning to yourself.

We were asked to share a childhood photo and honestly... just take a scroll. 🥹

Between the five of us, you’ve got a girl fighting for a seat at the adult table, a dreamer full of stories not yet told, a sensitive soul who showed up fabulous anyway, a kid who found joy in absolutely everything she tried on, and one of us crouched on a beach completely entranced by a jellyfish. (No further comment.)

We were all curious. All a little big for our britches. All trying to figure out how to be in a world that didn’t always make space for everything we felt.

And somehow, we all ended up here: building retreats where women get to come back to exactly that. The curiosity. The joy. The part of you that knew things before the world told you to be more practical about it.

That’s what Mexico is really about.

There’s something about Scotland that feels like stepping into another world…and honestly, isn’t that what we all need right now?

Let’s just say that we are leaning hard into whimsical on this one!

Think winding garden mazes and getting a little lost on purpose. Archery on the lawn just because you can. Dressing up for dinner like it’s a scene from a story you get to live inside.
Ceilidh dancing until your feet need a rest.

Playful. A little indulgent. Deeply alive.

And woven into all of it is the grounding, the exhale, the return to yourself. Morning embodiment with soulful conversations and quiet moments by the sea. Laughter that lingers long after the table clears.

This is your permission slip to have fun again. To be held and expanded. To remember that joy gets to be part the journey too.
