Anyone in need of a RESET??

Y’all, I ate a cinnamon roll for dinner one night this week. 🤪

Our remodel is almost done and the process has been great. But to live in a disheveled environment for 2 months has taken its toll on my motivation and determination. And let’s not talk about what living during a pandemic has done to my wellness mojo.

So I am starting a 4 week reset! If you’d like the details on what I’m doing, DM or text me. The investment for joining and gaining access to my coaching is $75 for the 4 weeks.

I’m SO ready to clean things up, get my fitness plan set and write down some goals!

With our kitchen remodel in full swing I was SO EXCITED to pick up some meals at ICON Meals. They’ve got a location right here in Frisco and the meals are so good!! I love the ease of these when I don’t have time (or a kitchen) to prep.
