Living and loving a life I’ll remember…
Yesterday my bestie from the Virgin Islands and I were talking about how unfathomable that our time that we lived there was TEN years ago.
Time is the craziest thing… the most fleeting, mysterious, inevitable, complex concept that there is.
As far as memories go- the things that stand out the most in your mind, are those times when great change happened.
It’s not the monotony of waking up and going to work or getting the to-do list done…
The moments that stand out are the ones that transformed you in some way. When you have a steady stream or thread of life changing experiences or moments, then most imprints of transformation begin to shift your current existence.
It’s why I recommend taking the leap and following your heart. When I FINALLY did, my whole life changed…
Get quiet enough to hear your soul…. What would shift something big within you… what is the desire of your heart that you think is impossible and why?
You have the limitless power of the Creator within you. “Manifestation” or living your dream or meeting your goals are things that some think are only for a select few. Sure, can these things be easier for some than others because of life circumstances- yes. But tapping into this innate wisdom and power is our birthright that is given to ALL of us.
Realizing and walking in what is possible begins with aligning yourself with your hearts desire. Is it to move by the sea? MOVE! You are not a tree! Is it to go off on your own and begin a creative endeavor? Go! You can always go back to what you were doing or re-enter a security net if needed. Is it to find the love of your life? Find deep love for yourself first so that when you find your love, you’re loving from a place of wholeness and not neediness. Is it serving humanity in some way? Start today… do small acts of kindness and let them lead to the bigger ones that your vision may be….
I don’t know what your dream is but I know that transformation and living it are possible for you. It is why I lead retreats. To instill that deep faith in life in others… to encourage them that they are worthy and able
