Chamomile is well known as a sleep aid but it is also helpful in helping calming anxiety.

The plant is known to bind to GABA receptors in the brain. GABA helps to slow certain nerve systems in the brain helping the body access parasympathetic mode.

Pair some chamomile tea with a tuning fork you have all you need to help calm and remind the body it is safe.
