其实很多沟通的问题，
不是谁不好，
只是我们一直用同一种方式面对所有人。

你用你的节奏，他用他的方式，
久了就会卡住。

不换挡，真的很难沟通。
不管是事业、爱情，还是家庭，都会一样。

今天给自己的提醒很简单：
不是每个人都要配合你，
而是你要学会怎么去配合不同的人。

会换挡，关系才会顺。
