Putting that drive to the ultimate test, Malaysian fitness enthusiast and charity advocate Alvin Netto took on the ambitious challenge of completing box jumps equivalent to the height of Mount Everest. While the Guinness World Records remained unbroken, Alvin completed an incredible 10,000 jumps — a testament to the determination and perseverance it takes to keep going.

More importantly, the initiative will support underserved B40 communities and 12 children’s homes, turning an extraordinary sporting challenge into meaningful impact.

The Malaysian Pharmacists Society National Pharmacists Convention (MPS NPC) 2026 was more than a gathering of pharmacists — it was a platform for meaningful conversations, collaboration, and shared aspirations for the future of healthcare.

Bringing together our Consumer Healthcare (CHC), Ethical Specialty, and Ethical Classic teams under one unified presence for the very first time, we had the privilege of connecting with more than 600 pharmacist delegates, exchanging valuable insights, strengthening partnerships, and showcasing our healthcare solutions that make a difference.

We were also honoured to welcome YBhg. Datuk Dr. Mahathar bin Abd Wahab, Director-General of Health, Ministry of Health Malaysia, whose visit to our booth accentuated the importance of continued collaboration in shaping a stronger healthcare ecosystem.

The momentum carried beyond the convention hall at the Dinner Symposium, where the MPS–Duopharma Biotech Student Excellence Award recognised 19 outstanding pharmacy students from 19 participating universities for their achievements, leadership potential, and aspirations to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare.

Together with the Malaysian Pharmacists Society, we continue to strengthen today’s pharmacy community and empower the next generation of pharmacy leaders who will shape a healthier tomorrow 🤝

We were delighted to welcome the delegates from the tHIS ASEAN 2026 Study Tour, representing various pharmaceutical organisations in China, alongside a representative from the Malaysian Organisation of Pharmaceutical Industries (MOPI), to our manufacturing facility in Bangi on 27 July 2026.

The visit began with a warm welcome from our Group Chief Executive Officer, Encik Wan Amir-Jeffery Wan Abdul Majid, who shared Duopharma Biotech’s journey as one of Malaysia’s leading homegrown pharmaceutical companies and our commitment to delivering Smarter Solutions for a Healthier Life.

Delegates were then taken on an immersive journey through our manufacturing ecosystem through a corporate presentation, followed by a guided tour of our consumer healthcare manufacturing facility. From our manufacturing capabilities and stringent quality standards to our Halal manufacturing practices, the visit offered a closer look at the people, processes and purpose behind every product we produce.
