🍼 Breast Milk Storage Guidelines – Save this for later!

You worked hard to pump your milk, so let’s store it safely too.

💡 A few helpful tips:
• Store milk in small portions (60–120 ml) to reduce waste.
• Label every bag with the date and time.
• Use the oldest milk first (First In, First Out).
• Never refreeze thawed breast milk.
• Once warmed or after baby has started feeding, use within 2 hours.

Save this post so you’ll always have it when you need it. 💚

There's so much breastfeeding advice out there... and not all of it is true.

Here are 10 common myths I hear from mamas almost every day.

Save this post for later, and share it with another mama who needs this.

Behind every breastfeeding journey is a mom who's just trying her best.

Some breastfeed.
some pump.
Some do both.
Some are still figuring things out.

And that's okay.

No matter what your journey looks like, you deserve support-not judgment.

Happy World Breastfeeding Week.

Here's to every mom, every feed, and every little win.

📍Damansara utama | Clogged Ducts

At our first session,
there were multiple areas of blockage and tightness.

A few days later, at the follow-up,
the breasts were much softer,
and both pumping and latching felt much smoother.

Little by little,
every improvement is progress. 👍🏿

Kept getting blocked ducts almost every week |

经过适合她情况的调整后，一星期回来回报，乳房no new clogs，and milk flow is really good😃奶量也慢慢稳定增加。

This mama kept getting blocked ducts almost every week.
She was pumping regularly, but after each session, her breasts still didn’t feel fully empty. She could still hand express quite a bit of milk after pumping.
After checking things out, we found that she wasn’t removing milk very well.
After a few tweaks based on her needs, she messaged me one week later, no new clogs, milk was flowing much better 😃, and her supply had slowly gone up too.

Every breast responds differently.

This mama shared that after every pumping session, she still needed additional hand expression before her breasts felt comfortably drained.

Upon further assessment, we found that a mild elastic ni**le may have been affecting milk removal efficiency. When the ni**le stretches excessively under suction, milk transfer may become less effective.

After making a few adjustments, milk removal became more efficient, and her breasts were able to reach a softer, more comfortable state more easily.

Sometimes, a small adjustment can make a meaningful difference.😀
