Fentanyl is a narcotic analgesic with a potency at least 80 times that of morphine. Eventhough it's used within safe dosage, I do have patients who suffered after major/prolonged surgical operations. And some painkillers are made with Fentanyl. Do some research to equip yourself with the knowledge.

I think I have found the secret to good digestion (especially if you are over 42 with weaker stomach acid ) - when you want to enjoy carbs, stay light and don’t add meat. You wont feel so heavy after the meal. 🙂 You can still incorporate seafood, to fu and egg.

Taking a break from Avocado and meat overdose. 🤭😁 So, I still get my protein from soya bean milk, eggs and garden peas. And to make sure I have enough minerals, I also include date and cocoa powder in my drink.
