Spent a full day with printing press employees for a corporate wellness session on nutrition and physical fitness. It was eye opening to see how many of us track work KPIs so closely yet rarely pause to check in on our own health.
We talked about simple nutrition habits the right way to exercise and awareness around microsleep a silent but dangerous risk especially in operational environments. Small daily choices really do affect our energy focus and safety at work.
Grateful to co conduct this session with Dr Roseline Yap and to witness honest conversations and meaningful reflections throughout the day.
