Our pregnancy journey so far has been far from straight forward...
From finding out my partner was pregnant on the 23rd of March and being filled with nerves and excited as I she told me i was going to be a dad so sentimentality as I was cleaning up dog poo😂
Our first hurdle started when we had a “threatened miscarriage” (in other words an unexpected bleed) at 8 weeks- to then making it our 12 week scan and hearing a healthy heartbeat but being told there was a complication with my partners womb/uterus that would result in us needing to we checked fortnightly for signs of preterm birth. We then exprienced yet another bleed but were reassured (and thrilled) at a scan we had a 16 weeks to tell us we were having a baby boy and he looked to be doing okay 💙
Fast forward to our 20 week scan (with scans every 2 weeks in between) we are told that baby has a growth restriction and is
