Creating a field others respond to.

♦️Embody that and it’s a whole other level of accountability isn’t it?!!!

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗨𝗠𝗔 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗. 𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘?
Most of us have experienced some kind of trauma.
Some people, a heck of a lot.
I’m one of those.

And I want to say this clearly: we are all different.
We process experiences differently.
We carry things differently.

The past was still making decisions about my present.
This does NOT mean what happened was okay.

𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽.
And sometimes a question opens a doorway you didn’t know was there.
Is the Story of what happened still deciding what is possible for you now?

♦️𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝘄.

♦️I was talking with one of my clients about expectations.
You know the kind…
The right people need to be there. The environment needs to be right.
The tech needs to work.

♦️𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝘄.
A𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁?
The stories start.
The frustration starts.
The joy starts fading.

♦️And sometimes we carry that energy with us for hours… even days.
I know I’ve done this.

♦️Just because we’re holding it together on the outside doesn’t mean everything is okay on the inside.

♦️And of course, what we’re carrying affects the people around us too.
So here’s the question…

♦️W𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 “j𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁” 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲?
