Omega 3 kena seimbang dengan pengambilan Omega 6 tau! Kalau tak seimbang, radang mungkin tinggi tau!
Kalau tak rajin nak makan ikan Omega 3 hari2, boleh ambil 1-2 biji Provas tau untuk lengkapkan pengambilan harian Omega 3!

Yes, Omega 3 can always get from food. Tapi larat ke makan 3-5 hidangan SETIAP MINGGU?
Omega 6, senang didapati dalam processed food, minyak sayuran, avocado, trans fat. Tapi Omega 3 hanya didapati dari Ikan2 seperti ikan salmon, kembung, siakap dan sebagainya. Kalau xlarat nak makan setiap hari, telan je 1 capsule of Fish Oil of Provas, ada 780mg of total Omega 3 tau!
Seimbangkan Omega 3 dan Omega 6, utk kurangkan radang dalam badan!
