Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Technical Manager to lead our technical operations in civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and design phases of civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and support for problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on the construction of large facilities and building infrastructures.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
