A blocked nose for months is not something you simply have to live with.
If you constantly breathe through your mouth at night or wake up feeling tired, persistent nasal blockage may be affecting more than just your breathing.
The cause can vary. It may be related to nasal structure, inflammation, allergies, enlarged tissues, or other nasal conditions.
Using medication repeatedly without understanding the underlying cause may not address the problem effectively.
Persistent nasal blockage deserves proper assessment. An ENT evaluation can help identify the cause and guide the most appropriate treatment.
