It has been a long while since last surgery in July.

Body & mind take a while to smooth out since taking capacitabine, or oral chemo.

From 4+4 500mg tablets morning & nite to current cycle 10th 2+2 is a long strike & journey.

I have get used & comfortable with the current dosage so far & likely will continue up to 2 or max 3 yrs to suppress the leftover or dormant bad cells.

The good side is I am able to do some table tennis, back to the table again.
